A great all round experience. Employees were fabulous.. helpful, helped solve a problem (Mother Nature)!!!Only other KOA that even comes close is the West Glacier KOA near Glacier NP in MT. Service. Oct 04, 2023. The campground is located in a beautiful ponderosa pine forest just to the west of Custer. The facilities were very clean and nice. The night we arrived, the hosts treated the campers to a hotdog roast dinner! The campground was a convenient base camp for exploring the local sights. Highly recommended! .
